01 · SEO & Content

Own the results that convert.

Search is where demand declares itself. Someone typing a problem into Google has already decided they want it solved — the only question is whose name is in front of them at that moment.

We fix the technical foundation first, then publish content that answers what your buyers are actually typing. Increasingly that means being quotable by AI assistants as well as rankable by crawlers, and we plan for both.

What usually goes wrong

Most SEO retainers sell reports, not rankings.

Content published onto a broken foundation

Articles go out monthly while crawl errors, slow templates, and a flat site architecture quietly cap what any of it can achieve. Publishing harder does not fix a structural problem.

Keywords chosen by search volume

High-volume head terms look impressive in a deck and convert badly. The terms that produce revenue are usually specific, lower-volume, and further down the funnel than the ones being reported on.

Content that answers nothing

Pages written to hit a word count rather than to settle a question. They rank briefly, get outranked by something more useful, and are never refreshed because the calendar has moved on.

Reporting on the wrong thing

Rankings and total sessions rise while qualified pipeline stays flat, because brand traffic and irrelevant terms are being counted as wins. The number that matters is non-brand traffic that converts.

What we do

Five things, in this order.

01

Technical audit and fixes

Before anything gets published, we make sure the site can actually earn what it deserves. Findings are ranked by what is holding rankings back today, not by what makes a longer document.

  • Crawlability and indexation — what search engines can reach, what they are wasting budget on, and what is silently excluded.
  • Site architecture — internal linking and hierarchy so authority reaches the pages meant to earn money.
  • Core Web Vitals — load and interaction performance, treated as both a ranking input and a conversion lever.
  • Structured data — markup that makes your pages eligible for richer results and easier for machines to summarize.
02

Keyword and intent mapping

Every term gets sorted by what the searcher actually wants and how close they are to buying, then sized by realistic opportunity given your current authority rather than by raw volume.

  • Intent grouping — problem-aware, solution-aware, and ready-to-buy queries handled with different page types.
  • Competitive reality check — which terms you can win this year and which are a two-year project.
  • Gap analysis — the questions your competitors answer and you do not.
03

Content production

Briefs, drafts, publishing, and — the part most programmes skip — scheduled refreshes of pages that have decayed. An article that ranked last year is an asset only if someone maintains it.

  • Search-led briefs — the questions to answer, the structure to use, and what the current top results fail to cover.
  • Drafting and editing — written for a reader, with your experts reviewing for accuracy where it matters.
  • Refresh cycles — decayed pages identified and rewritten on a schedule rather than when someone notices.
04

Digital PR and authority

Links are earned by being worth citing. We build the reasons — original data, useful tools, genuine expertise — and place them where your market already reads.

  • Earned placements — in publications and communities relevant to your category, not directories.
  • Original data and research — the most reliable way to be cited repeatedly without asking.
  • No paid link schemes — the risk of a manual action outweighs anything they return.
05

AI search visibility

Generative search answers the question and cites a few sources rather than listing ten links. Being one of those sources is a distinct discipline, and it is where a growing share of research now starts.

  • Quotable structure — clear claims and clean hierarchy so an assistant can lift an accurate answer.
  • Specificity over adjectives — models cite pages that state facts, not pages that describe themselves as leading.
  • Machine-readable context — structured data and supporting files that describe your business unambiguously.

What we measureNon-brand organic sessions, qualified leads originating in search, and rankings for the terms that actually convert. Brand traffic and total session counts are diagnostics — they are not the result we report against.

Entering Korea

Naver is a separate discipline.

If Korea is on your roadmap, be aware that Google SEO does not carry over. Naver builds its results page largely from its own properties rather than ranking external websites, so visibility there is earned inside the platform. We plan the two separately and run them together — the detail is on the Korea market entry page.

FAQ

SEO, answered.

How long before SEO shows results?+
Technical fixes can move impressions within weeks. Ranking movement on competitive terms typically starts around month three and compounds from there. We say this plainly because an agency promising fast rankings on competitive terms is either misinformed or planning to take risks with your domain that you will inherit.
Do you write the content or do we?+
Either works. Most clients have us produce briefs and drafts while their subject-matter experts review for accuracy — that keeps volume up without the content losing credibility. If you have an in-house writing team, we supply the briefs and the search reasoning and let them write.
What is AI search visibility and does it matter?+
Generative search answers a question directly and cites a handful of sources instead of listing ten links. Being one of those sources depends on clear structure, specific claims, and content that can be quoted without distortion. It overlaps with good SEO but is not identical, and the share of research starting there is growing, so we plan for both rather than assuming one covers the other.
Do you build links?+
We earn them through digital PR, original data, and placements in publications your market actually reads. We do not buy links from networks. Paid link schemes carry a real risk of a manual action, and recovering from one costs far more than the links ever returned.
Will you work with our existing CMS?+
Yes — WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, HubSpot, and most headless setups. If a platform limitation is genuinely capping your search performance, we will say so and put a number on the cost before recommending a migration. Replatforming is expensive and is rarely the first answer.
