Services

Everything we sell, on one page.

Two kinds of work. Retainers are ongoing channel work, billed monthly against a target we agree on before anything starts. Fixed-scope projects are one-off deliverables with a defined scope and a handover date — no retainer required.

Both begin the same way: a free written audit that says where the money is leaking, and an honest verdict on whether we are the right people to fix it.

Retainers

Four disciplines, one set of numbers.

01 · Retainer

SEO & Content

Technical foundation first, then content that answers what buyers actually type — in Google and in the AI assistants that increasingly answer instead of listing links. Measured on non-brand organic sessions and qualified leads from search.

02 · Retainer

Paid Advertising

Google and Meta accounts treated as a measurement problem first, because when tracking is wrong the optimization is confidently wrong. Measured on cost per qualified acquisition and contribution after ad spend.

03 · Retainer

Social Media

Channel strategy, content production, community management in your customers' language, and paid amplification of what already worked organically. Measured on audience growth that converts to traffic and pipeline.

04 · Retainer

Web & Landing Pages

The pages every campaign points at — built, then tested one variable at a time, with load speed treated as the conversion lever it is. Measured on conversion rate and cost per lead.

Fixed-scope projects

Scoped once, handed over on a date.

05 · Fixed-scope project

Brand Kit

Logo lockups, color system, profile images, social covers, post templates, website assets, ad banners, sales documents, email assets, icons, and written guidelines — around 110 editable assets generated from one specification and machine-checked before delivery. Usually within a week of your logo and fonts arriving.

06 · Fixed-scope project

Email Marketing

An authenticated sending domain verified against Gmail, Yahoo, and Microsoft's bulk-sender rules, five lifecycle automations, a template system with five rendering-tested layouts, segmentation, and a report built on clicks and revenue rather than opens — built inside your own accounts and handed over in about four weeks with a 90-day playbook.

07 · Fixed-scope project

Measurement & Tracking

A measurement plan, GA4 and Google Tag Manager rebuilt in your own accounts, five key conversions without double counting, Google Ads and Meta connected, Consent Mode v2, a QA report in which every event was fired and verified by hand, and a Looker Studio dashboard. Handed over in about four weeks.

08 · Fixed-scope project

AI Search Visibility

A baseline of 25 buyer questions across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, entity and schema work so an AI can be certain who you are, crawler access and llms.txt, five pages rebuilt to be quotable, five citation sources secured, and the same questions measured again — reported honestly as a sample. Handed over in about four weeks.

Korean Localization

Ten key pages rewritten in Korean by Koreans rather than translated, titles set to what Koreans actually search on Naver, ad, social and email copy, the things every Korean site has — won prices, delivery and returns, KakaoTalk contact, business details — hreflang pairing and Naver Search Advisor registration, with two native reviews. Handed over in about four weeks.

10 · Fixed-scope project

Creator Campaign

Your first Korean reviews: five to eight creators on Naver Blog, Instagram and YouTube chosen by category fit rather than follower count, approached and contracted in Korean, briefed not scripted, disclosed by law, published staggered, and measured one creator at a time with links and coupon codes. Creator fees are separate and paid by you directly. Korea only. About six weeks.

Coming nextMore fixed-scope projects are added here as they are productized. If you need something one-off that is not listed — a tracking setup, a landing page build, a Naver presence — ask; most of it exists inside a retainer already and can be scoped on its own.

Market entry

Korea, executed from Korea.

Korea Market Entry

Naver, Daum, and Kakao run on their own rules and the global playbook does not transfer. Platform credentials, Korean-language content, community presence, and local advertising — operated on Korean business hours by a team that is here.

FAQ

Choosing, answered.

What is the difference between a retainer and a fixed-scope project?+
A retainer is ongoing work on a channel, billed monthly, with a target agreed before it starts and a report in the first and third week of every month against it. A fixed-scope project is a one-off deliverable with a defined scope and a handover date — the brand kit, for instance. Projects do not require a retainer, and many retainers begin with one because the ongoing work depends on it.
Which service should we start with?+
Start with the free audit rather than choosing a service. It is read-only access to your analytics, ad accounts, and search data, returned as a written document with prioritized findings — and it ends with an honest verdict on whether we are the right fit. The audit tells you where the money is leaking, and that decides the service, not the other way around.
Can a fixed-scope project turn into a retainer?+
Yes, and it is a common path. A brand kit produces the assets a paid or social retainer needs on day one; a landing page build becomes the page a campaign points at. The project is scoped and delivered on its own terms first, and nothing about it obliges you to continue.

Not sure which one?

Send us your site and where the traffic comes from. The audit will say which of these is worth your money first — and if the answer is none of them, it will say that too.
